Key Responsibilities:

Attention to Detail: Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all tasks to deliver high-quality workmanship.

Maintenance and Repairs: Perform a wide range of maintenance services and household repairs, including but not limited to minor plumbing, drywall repairs, and painting.

Own Transportation and Tools: Possess your own reliable transportation and a comprehensive set of tools necessary for the job.

Flexibility and Reliability: Exhibit flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining unwavering reliability to meet the needs of our clients.

Bilingual Skills: Being bilingual is beneficial but not required, as it can enhance communication with a diverse client base.

Dependability: Be a dependable and trustworthy member of our team, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

Honesty: Uphold a commitment to honesty and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Carpentry Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in carpentry tasks, including siding, trim work, and painting.

Minor Electrical and Plumbing: Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs and installations as needed.

Painting Experience: Utilize your painting skills to transform spaces and deliver a polished finish.

Landscaping: Assist with landscaping tasks to enhance the exterior appearance of properties.

Experience with Pools (Preferred): If you have experience with pool maintenance, it would be a valuable asset to our team.

Winter Operations: Be prepared to handle winter-related maintenance tasks, such as snow removal and other cold-weather services.

Emergency Contact: Be available for on-call emergency services on a rotating basis, typically every 4 weeks.
