Chapman Custom Baths is hiring a job site Field Trainer. Must be multi skilled. We are looking for an experienced craftsman with an extensive background and experience in the construction/bathroom remodeling industry to help identify, retain, and train new and existing talent. Chapman Custom Baths is a locally owned and operated, well established Bathroom remodeling company in Brownsburg, Indiana and surrounding areas.

Requirements Please read carefully:
Must have current Driver's License and Insurance
Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
Must pass screening process which includes a background check and drug test
Must have a smart phone and access to the internet

Responsibilities:

The Field Training Manager will be responsible for training and educating both new and tenured employees on-site, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and consistent with each installation team. The Field Training Manager will use their experience, knowledge, and expertise to problem solve on the job issues, troubleshoot, and ensure that jobs are completed on time without shortcuts, putting quality and customization at the forefront along with customer satisfaction being their number one priority.

The Field Trainer will possess expertise in bathroom remodeling. You must be able to communicate with both customers and office staff with a positive attitude. We are looking for candidates who can lead a job and be a team player. Preferred skills are listed below:

General Carpentry - Rough and Finish
Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel
Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
Flooring Repair and Installation
Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work

All candidates should be confident in the following areas:
Great Customer Service and Client Relations
Knowledge of Building Codes
Material Management
