Field Service Manager

We're a growing, locally-owned Integrated Mosquito Control Company, and we provide contract services to city and municipal entities.

We're hiring for an Experienced Field Service Manager to join our team before busy season kicks off!

You don't need any prior Pest Control Experience - that's not what this position is. You'll be managing a team of employees as they cover routes across North Texas. Leadership, Customer Service, and great management skills are essential!

Pay range is $45,000 to $55,000 annually, with room to grow from there.

Requirements

Must have 2+ years of Service Management experience sending employees on service routes (does not have to be in pest control!)
Valid driver's license with a Clean Driving Record
Comfortable working a 2nd shift (beginning at 3 PM) from late June - September
Comfortable working overtime hours during busy season
