We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team at the Miamisburg facility!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems including heating and air conditioning systems, alarms, and security cameras.
  • Manage communications with outside vendors such as safety equipment providers, facility cleaners and electricians.
  • Order supplies for the Bullpen, Supply Room, Break Room and all safety needs.
  • Organize and restock supplies as needed.
  • Perform daily visual safety checks inside and outside of the facility.
  • Monitor activities that occur outside of the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
  • Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations.


  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Facility Manager Certification (CFM) preferred but not required.
  • OSHA certification preferred but not required.


  • Work experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management operations.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and security systems.
  • Understanding of safety regulations on a manufacturing floor.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with minimum supervision.
