Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced craftsmen with a strong background in one or more of the following trades: HVAC, solar, handyman, construction, painting, mechanics, and pest control. As an experienced craftsman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the installation, maintenance, repair, and completion of projects within your trade expertise. You will be working in various locations based on the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Complete projects within the specified time frame, ensuring high-quality workmanship

- Communicate with clients, colleagues, and project managers effectively

- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

- Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members when needed
