Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop sustainable relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers in the telecommunication industries
  • Deliver interactive presentations to consumers regarding services and products
  • Attend daily meetings and training courses in order to improve upon skills and to be highly involved with new product line launches, deal or promotions to maximize performance
  • Develop, assess, and prove the most effective strategies in order to increase sales performance metrics.
  • Accurately track confidential records of consumers information
  • Provide accurate feedback of customer satisfaction results to the Management team in order to increase consumer satisfaction and ameliorate profit margins
  • Represent our brands with rectitude and in a positive light and by doing so meliorate sales and bring a brand story to life
  • 1-2 years of Business Development, sales, or client relations experience
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Active listening skills and the ability to adapt quickly and respond to all types of individuals.
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
  • Constantly thinks outside the box to solve challenges
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proven experience as a top performer in a consultative sales position for a product driver organization
