Full Job Description

Flatline Collision Ltd. is looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working on vehicles and a strong desire to learn. You will be highly skilled in body work including repairs, installations, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Inspects and performs all aspects of vehicle repairs (repair work orders, estimates, materials, labor, etc.)
• Communicates with customers and sales personnel regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
• Monitors work order progress and completion of the shop
• Provides an accurate estimate of labor and repair cost for each repair order or repair job
• Maintains a clean and organized work area
• Completes work accurately and in a timely manner by following company policies and procedures
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the shop manager or service manager
• Follows all safety policies and procedures in the shop and on the job site

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical (if applicable).
