Job Description

Dealer Development Manager

Based in the heart of the Midwest, just south of Kansas City, Bridgewood is a 48-year-old family-owned and operated mid-upper tier semi-custom cabinet manufacturer. Known for high quality with top-tier finishes and options, our cabinets are sold by some of the most prestigious kitchen and bath designers in the country. Check our reputation and come see why we've attracted the most discerning customers who want old-fashioned value along with modern style and selection. We value our employees and are honored to have many 20+ year loyal craftsmen on our team. While some in our industry are downsizing and consolidating, Bridgewood is growing and further establishing its brand as a marquee. Our mission is still the same, to combine high-quality materials, with our experience to craft beautiful custom cabinetry that will complete the home our customers have been dreaming about. You will direct Bridgewood University and oversee our state-of-the-art Showroom Experience Center. Some in-the-field travel and online content creation will also be expected. Your success will be measured through the direct impact your interaction brings to each designer's sales. About 65% of your time will be spent developing education, executing training and onboarding programs, authoring dealer-focused messaging (including video), and otherwise serving and invigorating your dealer channel. The remainder will include traveling nationwide working directly with reps and dealers to help sell, educate, and support. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you'll enjoy unfettered access to all the tools and support the company has available.
