We are a local leader in the Residential Plumbing Industry, and growing! We are looking for highly organized and motivated candidates just like you to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations. We are offering a starting pay rate of between $20 and $23 depending on your experience!

This is a high call volume and fast paced role, this person must thrive in a fast and busy environment! This position will also assist with most of the daily administrative tasks - warranty calls, data entry, customer follow up, etc.

Other tasks associated with this position:

• Answer phone calls while entering the data live in our amazing ERP software system.
• Put customers at ease while educating them on plumbing issues (scripts given) and scheduling appointments for them.
• Wow our customers and build relationships with them.
• Communicate positively & effectively with teammates in the field and dispatching them throughout their day.
• Manage multi-day, multi-vendor projects.
• Cheerfully support your crew at all times.
• Be willing to pick up someone else’s torch when they need help.

• 3+ years of Previous Experience in Sales or Customer Support
• Willing to work in-person at our office (7:30 AM - 5 PM)
• Excellent computer and typing skills
• Friendly, Professional, and ready to help our amazing Customers and Handymen!
• Comfortable working in a high volume call and dispatching environment
