Customer Support Operator
Our client is seeking a Customer Support Operator to join their team. As a Customer Support Operator you will be part of the customer service team supporting company clients. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem solve which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Support Operator
Location: Cary, NC
Pay Range: $24/hour
What’s the Job?
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of maintenance with clients: call handling, service scheduling, parts ordering, appointment confirmations, and improving customer confidence
- Monitor customer requests and overall system compliance to confirm equipment readiness
- Support on site customer facing personnel
- Document- customer satisfaction issues and escalate through appropriate channels
- Resolve problems while maintaining a high level of professional integrity
What’s Needed?
- 2-5 years' experience in a customer relationship role
- Ability to problem solve and anticipate client needs
- Experience communicating ideas and rationale to internal teams and customers
- Skilled at maintaining positive professional relationships
- Ability to manage time and prioritize based on impact and criticality of customer issues
What’s in it for me?

- Monday-Friday schedule 8am-5pm or 11am-8pm
- Paid training
- 3-6 month long contract with the ability to be extended or hired permanently
