The Customer Service Representative (CSR) primarily handles inbound and outbound calls with clients. Experience in an HVAC/Plumbing office environment is highly desired, but not required for this role. This individual must have a high level of interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to communicate cross-functionally with different individuals, departments and external parties. This position is provided with the support of a dynamic team, a large client database, state of the art equipment and a customer service focused management team that believes in doing things the right way, not the easy way.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • Demonstrates our core values every single day: Service, Teamwork, Integrity, and Quality
  • Strives for nothing below a 5-star customer experience with every interaction
  • Provides exceptional and timely customer service via phone, email, company's social media accounts, and other web services when providing initial and follow-up contact with customers
  • Engages with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Identifies sales opportunities and evaluate client situations and needs while setting up appointments before a technician goes out for the visit
  • Record customer information within our customer service database, Service Titan
  • Answers customers' questions and provide additional information as needed
  • Collaborates with management teams to stay updated on products, services, and policies
  • Sells products and services (i.e. memberships)
  • Collects payments for services completed by technicians, as needed
  • Provides timely feedback to company regarding service failures and/or client concerns
  • Demonstrates positive and cooperative behavior with customers and coworkers
  • Maintains required documentation and records to meet best practices
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of company data and other employment information
  • Identifies potential process improvements by reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by supervisor/manager
  • The company reserves the right to add or change duties as needed
