Job Description

  • Salary/Benefits: Commensurate with experience ($16.00-$19.00 per hour) with PTO, health insurance options, retirement with a 3% match, and paid holidays.
  • Hours: This is a full-time non-exempt position, hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
  • Location: This job operates in an office environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This position provides sales support for the company, mainly providing services to our customers or potential customers, by answering the phones and entering client data, creating estimates, handling customer complaints, billing/account questions and other administrative tasks as required.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards our clients and co-workers at all times.
  • Work closely with management, customers and team members. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the company processes. Alert management of trends, repetitive patterns of client complaints or requests.

  • Develop full knowledge of company services and products, procedures, and applications. Assist in driving the general objective of our company while following the organization’s core values on which we perform our work, conduct ourselves with our clients, and interact with each other.

Academic or Trade Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Work Experience and Skills

  • Professional, detail-oriented, organized, team player, flexible, and dependable
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, high initiative, and drive
  • Meticulous about ensuring that numbers and other data are correct, and tasks are completed on time and accurately
  • Ability to manage and handle frequent interruptions in workflow, while reprioritizing when necessary
  • Understands that while process and rigor are important, a human approach, common sense, trust, and follow-through are at the core of the Company’s values
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
Preferred Work Experience and Skills

  • 1 Year of customer service experience
  • Experience in service-related positions or a lawn care company
  • Associate’s degree
  • Experience in analyzing data and assembling detailed reports.
