Jordan Moore and his wife Taylor started Bucksworth Services in 2013 through the acquisition of a local company out of Tucson, AZ. From a two bedroom and one bath apartment and dropping out of college. Through hard work and determination, our family has grown it into a three location company, and an emerging pest control leader North America as well as a leader in the home service industry.

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. Our representative will act as a liaison, provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers with a smile. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and we really depend on representatives who are able to gather the information and put it into practice. Problem-solving should come naturally. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

***There is the possibility of transferring to a work from home position AFTER in office training***


  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers


  • Proven customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability and willingness to learn! This is an ever-evolving industry and new information comes in every day
  • High school degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
