As a, “Customer Service Representative” your primary roll will be making a, “great first impression” and scheduling appointments with our very important clients.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Manage client database

• Follow up communication with clients and customers

• Coordinating Designer schedules

• Interface with Designers, Installers and Production

• Schedule and track installations

• General office administration
