We are hiring a full-time customer service representative (CSR) in Kansas City. In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. As a leading industrial distributor (and Fortune 1000 company), we realize we are only as strong as our dedicated team. What you’ll do:
In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Manager to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing business relationships.
Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns- Sourcing parts.
- Assist in generating sales,
- Help in the stockroom as needed.
- 1+ year industrial customer service or power transmission / industrial products knowledge
- Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR).
