We are looking to hire an Experienced Concrete Coatings Installer to lead and support our growing operation in Fort Myers!

We're offering starting wages between $25 and $32 per hour.

Your day to day will consist of:

• Lead an install team efficiently and effectively
• Prepare concrete surfaces and install floor coatings, overlayments, epoxies, polyaspartics etc.
• Operate walk behind and handheld grinders
• Communicate with customers and other personnel with professionalism.
• Maintain all equipment and materials used on jobs and ensure they’re in working order.

We have tons of work across the Fort Myers Area, and are always looking to add to our team. We offer stable, year round work, and tons of overtime and advancement opportunities within our company. Every Saturday (regardless of your horus worked through the week) is paid as overtime hours!

• 3+ years of concrete overlays experience
  • Knock downs, wood plank, skip trowel finish
• Ability to use the following tools:
  • Large Orbital Grinder
  • 5" to 7" hand grinder
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Comfortable with a pre-employment Drug Screening
• Experience working with customers

Nice to have:

• Class A License is not required, but a HUGE PLUS
