Job Responsibilites

  • Keen understanding and respect for customer service excellence associated with the single largest lifetime investment of purchasing a home
  • Consistently provide high levels of customer service, by setting clearly defined expectations, follow up and follow through during the entire sales process.
  • Setting weekly commitments for new contracts and appointments in accordance with sales and revenue goals
  • Maintaining community assigned to company excellence standards of cleanliness and updating marketing materials and signage
  • Conscientiously updating weekly reports, providing accurate information on listings, website and inter departmental communication
  • Meet and exceed CRM objectives of traffic entry, follow up and setting appointments.
  • Creating individual and company brand by utilizing social media
  • Building relationships with Realtors
  • Earning positive reviews and referrals from customers and realtors
  • Committing to continuous learning through designated reading and attending training


  • Base Salary
  • Commission per sale paid at closing

  • Marketing department dedicated to driving traffic to communities
  • Online sales counselor dedicated to setting up appointments for Customer Service and New Home Sales Consultants
  • Year round brokers bashes to build relationships with realtor partners
  • Dedicated closing department to assist in managing process from execution of contract to closing
  • In house design center and draftsman
  • In house customer care ( Warranty Department )
  • In house digital media specialists
