Job Description:

RSC Mechanical is seeking a skilled Construction Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in working with commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems, encompassing both mechanical components and controls. This role involves hands-on work, including the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of refrigeration equipment, startup of new systems, setting up walk-in boxes, and installing evaporators. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective communication with customers and fellow employees, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Piping and installing refrigeration equipment
• Startup and troubleshooting of new systems
• Setting up walk-in boxes and installing evaporators
• Demonstrating proficiency in commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems, including both mechanical and control aspects
• Professionally communicate with customers and colleagues
• Complete all required documentation and route to appropriate manager/supervisor
• Work, based on expertise, knowledge, and coordination with internal management
• Maintain a neat and orderly vehicle, along with accurate part and tool inventory
• Maintain productivity levels in accordance with company standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
