We're hiring for Color Matching Technicians!

In this role, you will utilize computer software to generate ink formulas.  Those formulas would then be weighed into a small jar using a balance and then mixed in a centrifugal mixer.  The mixed ink is then printed on a proofing machine.

Once the print is dry the print will be read back into the color matching software using a spectrophotometer. Once the color is matched within specification, the formula will be entered into formulary database and samples will be labeled, formulas printed, and color match closed.

This is not a manual labor position.  You'll need to be able work safely, and follow a detailed process to produce best results.

This is a 1st shift position: 8 AM to 4:30 PM

This a temporary (6+ month) position to start and the starting pay is $20 hourly. Opportunity for a permanent position after the contract expires for those interested!
