First Priority Group is a diversified manufacturer, dealer, upfitter and service provider of emergency and specialty vehicles seeking a Class A Mechanic to support our customers at our Forestville, Maryland facility.

Skill Level and Experience

We are looking for applicants with preferably four or more years of mechanical experience. Applicants must have a mechanical aptitude and be hard-working, reliable and work well in a team atmosphere.

Duties & Responsibilities:

This position’s responsibilities may include:

• Diagnose and repair issues related to operating systems on emergency vehicles
• Familiarity with repairing electrical components, suspension components, engine components (gas and diesel), transmission components and aftermarket accessories
• Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains
• Perform preventative maintenance for fleet vehicles
• Requires having your own tools
• Reliable transportation
