Chiller Technician

Duties:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC/R systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
- Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance on various equipment.
- Provide field service support for equipment repair and maintenance.
- Perform appliance repair and maintenance as needed.
- Assist with property maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Maintain and operate ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Experience:
- Previous experience in HVAC/R or mechanical maintenance is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Experience in property maintenance or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
