Long term, multifaceted construction business in Rochester, NY is seeking a hands on, experienced individual for new projects as well as the servicing of existing accounts. Our company works to make modifications to residential homes to allow clients to stay in their home for long term care.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Work with a team of installers to construct and modify clients' homes based on provided specifications. This may include a wide variety of work to make a home handicap-accessible, such as installing ramps, modifying bathrooms, widening doorways, and building new structures.

Our ideal candidate is hard working, dedicated and can be relied on to be professional on the job site with clients. Projects are mostly within the Western NY area.

This is not an entry level position; some experience / knowledge is necessary.

• Pay negotiable - based on experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma and 2 years college or trade school preferred.

At least 5 years experience would be considered in lieu of formal education.

Valid and clean NYS Driver’s License.

Must have own transportation to get to/from work.

Should possess basic computer skills but not required

Must be able to work indoors and outside.

Ability to operate heavy machinery (such as a forklift) is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
