This is an independent contractor (1099) positions for a high-end residential and commercial General Contractor. There is the opportunity to convert to a W2 employee with benefits if interested.

Requirements

We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• 5+ years of professional carpentry experience
• Experience with both residential and commercial remodeling
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
• Own standard set of tools
• Own your own work truck
