Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired results
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and use proper protective gear while working

Skills:
- Proficient in blueprint reading to understand project requirements
- Experience in concrete finishing, including applying coatings and sealants
- Ability to restore and build structures, including frame carpentry and remodeling work
- Knowledge of wood painting
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment for efficient application
- Proficiency in using power tools for surface preparation and painting tasks
- Skill in plastering to repair damaged surfaces
