Description: We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Cabinet Assembler/Quality Control professional to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for various production, packaging, and housekeeping tasks to ensure the efficient manufacturing of wood products, specifically cabinets, doors, and more. You will play a crucial role in upholding our company's standards and ensuring the safe completion of all tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production tasks including material handling, kitting cabinets for assembly, and other wood product manufacturing tasks.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to ensure the accurate and precise assembly of cabinets and other related products, following company policies and safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as a CNC, dowel inserter, sliding table saw and chop saw.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain quality control standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and correct any defects in the preassembled cabinets.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the workspace and equipment, adhering to housekeeping protocols.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate any issues or concerns regarding production or quality control to the appropriate personnel.

• Previous experience in cabinet assembly and/or quality control is preferred.
• Familiarity with woodworking machinery, specifically CNC, dowel inserter, sliding table saws and chop saws.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects if required.
• Basic understanding of critical thinking and problem-solving techniques.
