Job Description

The Highnoon Business Development Operations team has a unique role within the Agency, serving as the initial prospective client liaison, and tackling new business projects as a collaborative effort. This team is primarily responsible for vetting, qualifying, communicating, and ultimately onboarding new clients into Highnoon. The Business Development Project Manager will own the knowledge transfer from prospective clients collaborate cross-departmentally, and ultimately help the Agency win new business.

It is required that any member of the Business Development Operations team excel in cooperation, communication, attention to detail, accountability, and critical thinking in order for internal and external dynamics to continue to thrive. As a Business Development Project Manager at Highnoon, you will report directly to the VP of Client Development and you will work closely with Agency leadership.

As a member of the Business Development Operations team, you will be expected to learn and acquire knowledge on all Highnoon services and capabilities in order to position the Agency as a favorable choice to prospective clients. A primary responsibility of the Business Development Project Manager role will be to support the Business Development Operations team on any and all projects the team has been assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development Operations team on any and all new business engagements that may include proposals, pitches and RFPs
  • Field and respond to new business inquiries as needed
  • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate internal and external new business meetings
  • Create and manage tasks, timelines, and proposals within Highnoon’s project management system, ClickUp
  • Create and manage new business opportunities within HubSpot
  • Help organize files and materials in file management system following agency organizational structure
  • Document meeting notes and next steps from any prospective client call
  • Stand-up pitch and proposal documentation for the greater team using agency template
  • Learn and acquire knowledge on all Highnoon services and capabilities in order to position the Agency as a favorable choice to prospective clients
  • Engage in day-to-day communication with prospective client(s) to facilitate project success and uncover new opportunities
  • Provide clear client and internal team feedback to appropriate Agency members
  • Rally internal teams to create strategic recommendations and bring new ideas to the table
  • Develop MSAs and SOWs as needed
  • Review completed deliverables to check for accuracy, completeness, and other QA requirements
  • Assist with client success efforts through bi-annual survey send outs and new client welcome gifts

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college/university OR equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of related marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Demonstrated skill in inter-team cooperation, communication, attention to detail, accountability, and critical thinking
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients and internal team(s)
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and manage results while maintaining flexibility
  • Hands-on, collaborative, and a can-do attitude
  • Self-sufficient and proactive in solving problems
  • Ability to travel to client locations on an as needed basis
  • HubSpot experience a plus
