JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are hiring for a Body Technicians to perform cosmetic repairs on diesel trucks, including frames, fiberglass, prepping and/or buffing, painting, bondo, and remove and reinstall external body panels.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Basic tool required to perform the role
  • Ability to read and write in order to complete work orders
  • Collision repair
  • Fabrication and welding
  • Bondo work
  • Installation and alignment of cab components
  • Repairing damage to fiberglass, composites, steel, and aluminum
  • Windshield replacements
  • Priming, sealing, and painting
  • Replacing fenders, panels, bumpers, and other body parts

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in body/collision repair or equivalent combination for education and experience
  • Basic tool required to perform the role
  • Ability to read and write in order to complete work orders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Collision repair experience on Kenworth, Freightliner, and Peterbilt trucks.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS INCLUDE:

  • Maneuvering around, in, on, and under trucks/tight spaces to properly inspect and diagnose problems
  • Standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, and pulling with a full range of body movements
  • Using hands to handle, control or feel
  • Climbing ladders, stairs, and platforms
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
