Starting Salary between $50,000 and $100,000 - depends on your experience and performance!

You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our skilled technicians and our valued customers. This pivotal role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep passion for delivering outstanding service. While automotive knowledge is preferred, we are willing to provide training to candidates who have a strong background in customer service and a passion for the automotive industry.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional Service Advisor experience
• If you do not have years of experience, we will consider candidates fresh out of a technician program
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Top Notch Customer Engagement & Customer Service Skills
• Comfortable utilizing a computer system for Appointment Scheduling, Parts Ordering, Estimates, Service Recommendations, and Invoices
