Position Description:
Join our dedicated team in Hialeah as an
Automotive Paint Tech. This role demands a meticulous eye for detail and a deep knowledge of
paint mixing, color matching, and
application techniques. As an integral part of our operations, you'll handle
surface preparation, finishing tasks, and
report generation, ensuring our projects achieve the highest standards of quality. Fluent communication in both
English and

Key Responsibilities:
- Paint Mixing & Application: Expertise in mixing paint, color matching, and applying base and clear coats is essential.
- Surface Preparation: Proficient in the use and application of primers, as well as taping and masking techniques.
- Finishing: Skilled in wet sanding and buffing to achieve the desired finish.
- Report Generation: Ability to compile and present reports to the management team detailing work progress, materials used, and any challenges faced.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve any paint-related issues or discrepancies that arise during the course of work.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in professional painting.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of PPG paint products is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and consistent access to reliable transportation.
Background Check: Candidates will undergo a comprehensive 7-year background check.
Payment Terms: Weekly payment commencing from the second week.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
