Associate Manager, Retail Digital Marketing (Hybrid)

The Retail Digital Marketing Associate Manager will be responsible for leading the development, execution and continuous improvement of programs, services and tools that support the organizations marketing initiatives and drive effective retailer digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

. Support the development, maintenance and enhancement of programs, services and tools that support the organizations marketing initiatives and drive effective retailer digital marketing activities including (but not limited to): Ecommerce and Website solutions, Pick Up In Store Program, Auto Social Program, Online Listings and Search Marketing programs and support.

. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on digital marketing program strategies.

. Actively support the continual analysis and assessment of the effectiveness of digital marketing programs, services and tools that support the organization's marketing initiatives and effective retailer digital marketing activities.

. Lead development of communications, program execution guides and program sales collateral inclusive of all end user audiences.

. Support the management of all related budget items.

Required Knowledge & Desired Skills

. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent business experience

. Overall knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies including ecommerce and website properties, search marketing and social media.

. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with adherence to deadlines; flexible to shifting priorities due to business needs or change in prioritization

. Highly motivated and high initiative

. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word

. Ability to travel 10% of the time
