Ariston Heating and Cooling, a small, local, established residential HVAC company in the East Bay has openings for apprentices to join our team. We do everything from full electrical ducted/ductless heat pump systems to conventional systems for residential homes. We are looking for people who want a career in hvac, and are actively learning about the trade. Our pay is very competitive. and we give raises frequently depending on how quickly you learn.

Responsibilities:

• As an apprentice you will be assisting and shadowing a lead installer installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment, as well as accessories, in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications
• Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assist with the completion of projects efficiently and safely while consistently meeting labor budgets.
• Operate and maintain a variety of equipment and tools.
• Comply with all company policies

• CA Driver's (Required)
• Maintain a clean criminal background
• Ability to work well with other crew members is mandatory
• Must be going to school for hvac or have a minimum of 1-2 yr year experience in the hvac field installing equipment
