Must complete six job assessment ride along with the owner

salary commission 50% On all jobs completed, except taxes.

Daily duties consisting of repairs of Samsung, Maytag, Hotpoint, Kenmore, Electrolux, Frigidaire, Decor, Kitchen aid, Miele, Thermador, Bosch, Sub-zero, LG, GE, European brands of residential refrigerators, dryers, front end, top loader washers, dishwashers, microwaves, ranges, garbage disposals, wine coolers, cook tops, vent hoods and wall ovens. Troubleshooting relays, switches, main pcb, sub pcb, stators, motors, drain pumps, sensors, inverters, touch panels, defrost thermostats, evaporator fans, change out/replacement of defective of compressor/seal system, condenser fans, dampers. testing for high voltage up to 240 or low voltage. unclogging drains, ice build ups caused by air seeping through defective freezer or refrigerator gaskets, broken door handles, replacing doors, glass tops, heater elements, limit switches, igniters, thermistors, ice makers, gas dryers, gas ranges, gas valves, normally open, normally closed switches, noise filters, magnetrons, diodes, displays, auger motors, pump motors, circulation pumps, balance sensors, shock absorbers, springs, tub change out, replacing agitator, belts, washer bearings, aligning uneven door, hinges, flapper assembly, wire harnesses, hoses, transformers, flow sensors, defrost kits, must know how to operate multimeter checking for correct or incorrect ohms, ac, dc voltages etcetera, garbage disposals, wall outlet, light switches, replacement & testing of breakers, contacting tech support when suggestions are truly needed. Driving company vehicle or Your own vehicle preferably work van to customers' homes, delivering great customer service, satisfaction, in a safe proficient and timely manner.

HVAC/R Technician MUST be able to complete repairs of residential air conditioning, commercial air conditioning, ovens, walk in refrigerators, freezer coolers, ice makers, dishwashers, microwaves basically residential and commercial appliances. Duties will consist of installing, repairing, troubleshooting, testing electrical controls as of contactors, defrost timers, thermostats, fan motors, capacitors, compressors, overloads, relays, wiring or brazing, using gage manifold to check for high head pressures, weak cooling, refrigerant levels of R22, 410A, 134A, 404R, sweating pipes, claiming ladders and practicing safety procedures on a daily basis. Performing recovery, pump downs, vacuum pump system, recharging system, coil cleaning, working with HVAC/R tools, within the commercial/residential, air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, cooking & laundry appliances field.
