  • Provide administrative support and customer service to ensure efficient operation of the CX function.
  • Streamline daily processes by preparing memos, announcements, correspondences, and transcribing meeting minutes.
  • Complete broad variety of administrative tasks including assisting with special projects; designing and producing documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and expense conscience.
  • Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
  • Compile data and prepare presentation materials for meetings.
  • Meeting and Event Planning
  • Engineering SharePoint Website Management
  • Embossing, Printing and Shipping Management
  • Report Management
  • Maintain records in database systems and preform basic bookkeeping work.
  • Department Supply/Book Ordering
  • Provide assistance to new hires.
  • Attendance during regular work hours and overtime permitted.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Office Hours & Travel
  • Full-Time on-site position | Monday through Friday | Typically 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM| 5-10% Local Travel as needed.
