Account Success Manager (ASM) - Fully Remote

SimiTree is looking for an outstanding Account Success Manager to join our Revenue Cycle Management team to assist with providing quality outsourcing engagements for our customers in the post-acute industry. The Account Success Manager will oversee outsourcing solutions for the RCM department, provide superior customer service and monitor key performance indicators for each client. This position is predominantly remote with some travel as required.

To provide our clients with an opportunity to focus on core operations, SimiTree provides outsourcing services for Coding and OASIS reviews, Billing and Collections, and full Revenue Cycle services. SimiTree's client base ranges from small, community-based agencies to publicly traded national chains. We have both the technical expertise and the real-world experience to implement seamless solutions that assist agencies in a rapidly changing operational and regulatory environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Management of SimiTree RCM's engagements for small and medium sized clients
  • Conduct RCM client onboarding for all assigned accounts; ensure all assigned RCM clients are onboarded successfully.
  • Develop monthly client dashboards and monitor key performance indicators for all assigned clients; set-up and monitor monthly cash goals for clients.
  • Communicate with assigned clients on a regular cadence; lead client monthly dashboard calls as well as other client meetings required.
  • Report RCM key business metrics to clients while also routinely evaluating these KPIs are at optimal levels for all assigned clients including cash collections, bad debt, and A/R over 90 days.
  • Develop monthly client invoices and ensure prompt submission to clients.
  • Routinely track revenue projections and monitor profitability of engagements.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, post-acute provider experience.
  • Experience with Home Health/Hospice/ or other post-acute EMR systems.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Strong quantitative and analytic skills, ability to solve problems.
  • Self-starter and motivation to complete work tasks independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with strong excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.

Salary range/ Benefits:

$59,000- $65,000
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position. SimiTree offers a competitive compensation package including health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, retirement plans (401K), holiday paid time off, life insurance.
