Gru Industries is seeking dedicated, mischievous minions to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for self-starters who can handle chaos, love bananas, and don’t mind getting their hands (and other parts) a little dirty in the process.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing top-secret villainous plans, including world domination initiatives and random mayhem.
• Aid in the maintenance and operation of lair technology and evil gadgets.
• Follow Gru’s orders with utmost loyalty and enthusiasm (interpreting gibberish is a plus).
• Manage minor tasks, including fetching bananas, testing new gadgets, and participating in mad science experiments.
• Help assemble inventions, such as freeze rays, shrink rays, and evil robots.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Minionese (or the ability to make various noises and mimic laughter).
• High energy and a love for bananas.
• Ability to work long hours with other highly dedicated minions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a can-do attitude.
• Resilience in high-energy, occasionally hazardous work environments.
